Which reminds me... some folk just can't work and play well with others, and
there are means to systematically ignore them - http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/

Seems that [log in to unmask] bounces, which is what the 61.174.171.171
from the last line in the header points to. However, [log in to unmask] does
seem to be valid. But if they cannot abide by the RFCs, there seems to be no
reason to do anything else with their mail.

In the mean time, I'm aliasing www.totemcash.com and www.cn1688.net to
127.0.0.1 in my hosts file. That seems to have helped do away with the
animated graphic (after deleting temporary Internet files).
