    Call your HP contract rep...I got set up for the laser rom by changing

Yeah, so how.  Trying to find out who my HP contract rep is and
then contacting them is decidedly more painful than when my
wife went through childbirth.  At least to me.

They change 'em and don't tell me.  If I call HPRC I wind up switched
from coast to coast, hither thither and yon.  Really frosts my
chalupas.


Anyhow.......so I'm rebooting the 987 at 4:30 am and it asks
"boot from primary path?".  I say yep.  It says "booting..."
and that's it.  Retried 3 times then applied the PC principle
and powered everything down including the UPS (overkill?).
Talked to our local CE and he (good guy) said "must'a had
a hang on a SCSI card.  HHmmph.

Any similar experiances explanations?
