Donna,

If you ever do get in I hope you are truly patient.  I spent two hours
changing the contacts on one support contract because the site is sooooo
slooowwwww.  The sad part to this story is that I have 14 contracts that
need changes.  Lets see, 2x14=28 hours just to change a few names.
Nahhhh...

I wound up sending a note to the web master describing what I went through
and that until they can speed up the pages I would continue to waste our
contract support coordinators time with these piddly changes.

i think 'good luck' is the operative phrase....  anyone else having trouble
getting into this site using netscape 4.61?  i get the
cookie-from-you-know-where.  no amount of clicking will make the thing go
away <sigh>             - d
