Many of the HP3000-L members are ISV's or consultants and have bigger
lists than the one Jim mentioned here, and I don't think there is any
legal issues to selling their info, however, ethically, and
professionally, it's like shooting yourself in the foot. Heck, if I
wanted to get a 3000 related message to people who are interested in
3000 related information, I'd go thought other channels more likely to
hit the bulls-eye, something like the 3000 Newswire.

And there exists some degree of obsolescence with contacts and if the shop does still have there HP3000.

At that time I retired from consulting within the HP3000 market……..however, due to my home in Ohio not selling I had to resign from my position in FL and return to HP3000 consulting to pay the immediate bills…..now, again, years later I’m ready to retire once again from this fine O.S. and sell my new and improved sets of “lists”. I’m now in a perm/full-time position performing SQL Server/PM work.
