Hi Donna!
  You can use Robelle's HOWMESSY to create Self-Describing files, which can
be read in by Suprtool (and other tools) to process the reports.  We had a
complete automated solution at Robelle where a job monitored capacities and
messiness, and e-mailed us if things were critical or needed attention.

Since I'm not at Robelle anymore, I don't have the solution at hand, but it
is pretty easy.

Doing a Listf of the databses won't do it, of course :-)  The size of the
dataset files are only the maximum container size...not the contents.
