With no experience with Oracle on the HP 3000 I have stayed out of this.
But, I did install, maintain, and program for Oracle on SCO Unix a few
years back.  I had NO training, and never called the help line; just
picked up the books and did it.  It didn't occur to me that there was any
particular complication.
