Gotta love it!

The only caveat to this is that so far we've had a non-existent summer, with
temperatures running WAY below normal (by about 10 degrees F here in SoCal).

But traditionally the hottest weather of the year for SoCal comes in September,
so we still aren't out of the woods yet.
