Does anyone have any experience using RoadRunner(BackPack/iX)to do on-line
Oracle backups with the AUTOSYNC feature? If so, are there any other
considerations to be aware of.  We currently only have the ONLINE feature
and have to shutdown Oracle databases prior to doing a backup to disk. We
also use the feature that stores the database to compressed disk files(aka
Virtual Tape Backup)
