The system is now dead and will not restart. Service has been
called. I tried swapping modules and other than getting a few hash
blocks on the console nothing happens. Taking out the modules from
slot three altogether has no effect on the behaviour of the system.
It is well and truly dead. It powers up but nothing happens.
