As said earlier, a Transact/iX subprogram is not a different process.
The Transact Reference Manual (Ed. 0494) is incorrect.  I have
submitted an SR against the manual (D500-204909).  Thank you for bringing
it to our attention.
 
FYI...There's going to be a good presentation at Interex on
multi-language programming.  Transact is included in this presentation.
