Hi all,

We currently implement Alerting on our HP3000 (MPE rel. 5.5) via CA-TNG and
Automation Point.

The A.P. PC is an NT 4.0,  IP connected to the HP3000 through an asynchronous
VT100 emulator.

We encounter following problem: the A.P. session is often disconnected from
MPE with no message.

Did someone use such a configuration and/or encounter such a problem ? Should
it be due to the VT100 emulation ? Is there any specific setup to avoid that
problem ?

To anybody who implemented the same configuration with no problem: could you
contact us in order to detail the setup used ?

Thanks to help us because we have to urgently solve it.
