In addition to the hung ports on the DTC48's that we can't
recover without rebooting...
We're also having to reset the LDEV twice occasionally
through TERMDSM, then do an FCOPY to the device from a flat
file before we can recover them.  One reset doesn't seem to
take.  This began happening right after the load fo MPE/iX
5.0.
