We are having some performance issues on our 989-650. We occasionally see
system overhead jump up to a very high percentage of total CPU consumption,
and the majority of that time is ICS. I have seen ICS overhead as high as
40%, which is an extremely high number. Since this is related to interrupt
handling, I assume we are seeing a flood of activity from some I/O device.
I have checked system logs for excessive I/O errors and have looked at the
LINKCONTROL statistics for evidence of a network problem, but have found no
smoking guns. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Any suggestions?

TIA,
John Clogg
