Subject: Re: [HP3000-L] Need help from HP3000 hardware GURUS out there
I am having very strange problem at one of my customers' site.? Since October 2nd, they had numerous system failures (six to be exact) and every time we brought the system up with no problems.? However, when we bring the system up, it does not reset the job or session counters... something that I have never seen before.? Any ideas?? The ISL startup command is 'START NORECOVERY'...? the system is Series 968RX with MPE/iX 7.0

Well, I would try an orderly shutdown and restart and see if that clears things.
