Hi all,
With the retirement of our Series 70, I have two HP-IB to Parallel/Serial
converters available for anyone who wants them for *free*. We used them to
print to two Printronix 24ppm laser printers (HP-IB to parallel had much
higher throughput than a serial connection). So if anyone wants to pick
them up (I work near Great America in Santa Clara, CA) or wants them
shipped (shipping charges C.O.D), please let me know.

The Specs according to the manual: (1) Oak Grove Systems unit, (1) Link
Electronics Inc. unit (The same box OEM'd to different companies). Host
emulation is HP256x printer. Target printers include LaserJets, Printronix,
hp26xx's, etc (Too many target printers to list here. I can fax the spec
page if needed). Allows parallel printers to be placed up to 35 feet away,
or up to 300 feet when using a parallel line driver. Serial connections up
to 38.4Kb. Throughput up to 5000 LPM or 90 PPM.

Thanks,
-Mike-
