It passed without fanfare, but I'd like to remind the List of what happened.

A few months ago, Conrad Whittall of Cognos mentioned that PowerHouse
documentation was available on the Web. Unfortunately, this was only
from a password-protected area of the Cognos site.

When asked about whether the documentation could be made openly available,
he replied (on March 18th)

I will look into the possibility of posting the PowerHouse and
Axiant documentation outside the Supported Customer area.

Time passes. ;)

On May 14th, nearly two months later, Mr. Whittall followed up with:

I thought that you might all be the first to know that the
PowerHouse 4GL, Axiant 4GL and PowerHouse Web soft-copy
documentation is now available for download from the public area
        of the Cognos web site.

The point, of course, is not that it took two months for this to happen,
but rather that it happened at all!

I may gripe about the huge (7 MB) almost-all-white .bmp image that is
part of this download, but the fact remains: No longer do I have to hunt
for a PowerHouse manual, or to lug one (or more!) from home.

Many thanks for making this happen, Mr. Whittall.
