Try doing an ABORTIO on the device the user is using.  If that doesn't work
you will probably need to bounce the system.

Dear all,

I have had a user stuck logged on since last Thursday. I have tried
aborting
the session and aborting everyone at osops.live but this user below still
shows as it is logged on.

Any help in logging of the user would be helpful.
