If you go to the command window in reflection FTP you can type syntax to do the file transfer. See example below;
It is similar to a BUILD COMMAND on the 3000.
PUT (PCFILENAME) "HPFILESET;RECSIZE=(WHATEVER YOU WANT THE RECORD SIZE TO BE),F,(BLKSIZE),ASCII;DISK=(#OF RECORDS)"

On my version of Reflections I 5.0, I looked under File -> Transfer Setup
-> WRQ/Reflections. There is a button that says something to the affect of
Record Size, just make it 80.
