I assume you are talking about the web interface login and password, not your list subscription address (which can be changed, just pull up your old one and type in your new address).
Your web interface credentials are stored in the list's SIGNUP.FILE and apply to all lists you are subscribed to on the same Listserv host.
There isn't a nice, neat, obvious way to clear this up in the web interface, I admit.
If the old address is no longer subscribed to any lists, it will eventually be removed by Listserv during it's daily maintenance, depending on how "stale" the signup file has become (not unlike defragmenting a disk).
