Could someone help refresh my memory?  What's the
'formula' for figuring out the blocking factor for a file?
yeah, I know it's along the lines of divide the record
size (in bytes) into 256 but I seem to remember that
file size (number of records) also plays a role.  Many
many moons ago, there was a CSL program to do
this, but it and I have gone our separate ways.
