Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!

Not for the first time I have got it wrong.

I was posting to a different IP address, very similar node name, so the
NSDIR entry was not being referenced by my program.

It has raised a timeout error on IPCRECV following the IPCDEST and
IPCCONNECT which I am now having to look at. What a day!

Can a system respond to fast for IPCRECV to pick up?
