Paul,

You should be able to call our, ADBC SpooledDevice Java class via COM in
Visual Basic, to print to your Serial Connected printer. I can turn off all
the other features of ADBC and give this to you FREE; if you are interested
in this approach.

All you would need to do is call this class via a COM object from Visual
Basic.
