tape label mismatch.  The tapes contain labels
which indicate info about the tape.  A "ansi" standard label
is 80 bytes (40 words).  What you should do is bypass the label
by speifing a file number. This is the forth parm on the LABEL
parm of the FILE command.  You may need to try several times
(more than one label may exist or the tape may have no labels
in which case you specify ahh, umm 1).
