I think the best (most logical?) way to distribute MPE files would be as
Turbo Store disk archives.
That way, the all file attributes could be preserved, and by default, the
files could go back where they belong.
Turbo Store has compression (for those who can afford it), and it knows
everything it needs to know about the MPE file system.
And everyone has it...
There may some be MPE/V considerations.

Gavin posted the definitive solution to the "MOVER problem"
many months ago: DEATH TO MOVER, all versions... its
GOT to go....
