No, mine is broken, too, I just checked! We are also on 5.5 PP4. At
first I thought maybe the FSERR 0 would come up any time you typed an
invalid command inside HELP. But I tried "TELLO" (misspelling TELLOP in
the same way "WARN" is misspelled) and it correctly returned "Can't find
anything under this command or in table of contents."

And my CICAT also contains the typo of "WAR" for "WARN" under "See Also"
for "TELL" (around record 40420 or 40421). Hello, HP, are you listening?
We got a bug here!

Guess somebody ought to call HPRC... Greg?  You found it, I just
confirmed it.

P.S. Help on "WARN" works correctly, in and out of the HELP subsystem.
