I'm trying to move some code from the 3000 to a HPUX system. I've been
using FTP, and have one problem: I'm having problems with trailing
whitespace, causing macros not to expand properly. (the '\' is not
immediately followed by the newline, so the compiler doesn't recognize
it as a continuation). Randy Medd was kind enough to give me the" PRINT
FIXED > VARIABLE" trick, but I'm looking for an easier solution. Does
anyone know of a means to tranfsfer file from MPE to HPUX and have the
trailing blanks automatically deleted?

Thanks in advance.
