I think this needs a little bit of explanation.  The product in question is
not a PA-RISC emulator, AFAIK, it is an MPE emulator, one of several out
there.  The one I am most familiar with is Transport from Sunguard and
Transformix.  There are others.

These MPE emulator make your programs and users think they are still on
MPE/IMAGE, but you still need to do a migration, which means migration of
code, database, data files, screen, XL and SLs and many other things.

Some MPE emulators are more complete than others or perhaps more "slanted"
towards on database versus others.  Those are things you need to find out.
