Hi Mark,

No changes.
It just started doing this.

Our sister site in Ohio was having the same symptoms and replaced a hard drive
and seems to have fixed it.

When did this start? What is the most recent change you have made to the system or it's environment, and when was that made? Have you noticed any other unusual system behavior recently, no matter how innocuous?
