HP Fails on eBay 
Not everything eBay touches turns to gold--as the folks at HP just discovered. In November 2002, the company launched an eBay store designed to sell refurbished hardware. Just last month, reports surfaced that the HP store had 60 big clients and was a roaring success. Don't believe everything you read, though. The store is closed and the merchandise gone. What happened? Our story attempts to pick up the pieces and figure it out.
