Well, like I said, it displays the file, but there are unprintable
characters in the lines:
-4? .foreach $pair (@pairs) {
-3? ..($name, $value) = split(/=/, $pair);
-2

*? ..$value =~ s/%([a-fA-F0-9][a-fA-F0-9])/pack("C", hex($1))/eg;
I have a suspicion that they are "tab" characters.

Oh, I have no doubt that vi will work. I never heard of vim, but how about
someone porting emacs to the 3K?
