You must be missing something  ;-)

Apache shows up fine in SOCKINFO on all of the systems I've looked at:

I'm not an apache guru, and I'm not sure, but I think either Apache would be
listening there (if it is configured as the listener) of maybe jinetd.  Is
it possible that nothing is configured and running to listen on port 80?
Can you open an HTML document on the HP3000 right now?
