If both A and B are working together to make sure that they dont repaint the
same area already painted by the other then it should take 12/7 = 1.714286 =
1 hour 42 minutes 51 seconds.

However if both A and B (does not matter whether working together or not)
are painting with DIFFERENT COLORS of PAINT, then its a infinite loop.. It
will never end..
