Unfortunately I just had the same experience. :(   We are evaluating their Reflection for the Web
product and I asked for a simple piece of info on how to best identify sessions coming from their
product so we could implement greater security on those sessions.

Instead of help I got a sales spiel on how their consultants could code this in Java for me  "for a
price". Excuse me? We are EVALUATING your product. When and if it passes muster we will
consider whether we need specialized code to better implement security. Until then, treat me as a
prospective customer, not a wallet on the hoof.
