OK, I don't have the dump to disk manual.
But don't you have to parse (run the AUTOBOOT file through some sort of program?)
It's been awhile.

I used QUAD to create the file, typed the START command, hit return, //,
and K AUTOBOOT.MPEX.SYS :U
Not sure how to add a CR (%15) at the end of the START command...
