As far as I know only through the use of a third party product, VESoft's
MPEX, can you wildcard a copy, dscopy or rename command. The only way I know
of to do a mass transfer of files from one group to another, with FOS tools
only, is to store the files and restore them to the desired location. If
anyone else knows something better I hope they will share it with us.

Subject: [HP3000-L] Stupid question?
I apologise in advance for this question but I can't seem to figure out how
to copy multiple files from one group to another. The copy command doesn't
take wildcards (why????). I've looked at the command reference, the FAQ and
the list archives and I'm starting to think I'm losing my mind (very
possible) that something so basic should be so hard to find.
Thanks,
Darryl
