The answer is, it depends. It depends on the type of files, of course. :-) For instance, jpegs are heavier than pdfs.
When I go through security at the airport, I like to check with the X-ray machine operator to see if my batteries are charged and if my disks need defragging.
They do say that when a battery is charged it appears darker, but they never let me look.
Snow? What snow? They said snow was a thing of the past due to CAGW. They got that wrong too?
