I wrote one also called SBASE (or maybe I plagerized; can't remember) on
classic as well.
The feature I really liked was that I read in DST IMAGE0 which contained a
list of all open
databases on the system. Then ran through them all showing either users or
locks.

Haven't got back to it but I believe that now I need to read
TURBO???.PUB.SYS to
do similar.
