The reason I brought up the NET group files is because I have lost them
before during INSTALL. This may have been a problem on my system and not a
general thing.

Your point to prepare before hand cannot be stressed too strongly. Having
your system in order and knowing where all of your backs up are makes for a
good night's sleep. When I used to cut a CSLT I made 3 of them. One stayed
in house in the safe, one was sent to offsite storage and one was sent to my
DR hotsite. As the late "Cajun Chef" Justin Wilson used to put it "You can
tell I believe in safety. I wear a belt and suspenders."
