As I understand it, it is HP's plans for Oracle 8 on the 3000... HP did the
work, on their nickel, and sold 200 copies of Oracle 7x, and not all with
new systems. If this understanding is correct, what HP should do next is
subject to discussion.

It would be gratifying to see something more triumphant in attitude than a
white paper that states that while most customers use another platform for
data warehousing, 3000 shops can use the 3000, only so that they aren't
forced to work with a new platform... Come on, CSY, blow your horn.
