Somewhere in my basement I have the HP 150 documentation.  I'll see if I can
find what you are looking for.  At the office I have an HP 150 (sitting next
to the Pentium 200 and the HP 9000 workstation, and more reliable than
either) that uses touch regions.

When I get to the office I'll email you the touch file I use, and tonight
I'll start digging around for the manuals.
