I have a CI command file that does this:

        http://www.bixby.org/ftp/pub/mpe/mailspf.ci

It uses Sendmail/iX as a mail transport, but could just as easily use any other
mail transport that accepts a fully-formatted e-mail message (i.e. headers and
body).
