It was so simple I had to post this to show how close I was!

Here's what the help facility showed me when I had suspected 'ru'
was a way to get to termdsm.

**************
cstm>help ru

RunUtil

Syntax: runutil | ru [utility {<utility name>}]

Use this command to run support tools which are not device specific.
Current tools include logging and disk backup tools.
cstm>
**************

Since it said "logging and disk backup tools" I never went any further.

Had I simply typed "ru" I would have seen:

**************
cstm>ru
-- Run Utility --
Select Utility
    1 logtool
    2 termdsm
Enter selection :
**************

and would have had my answer!  I hope some documentation on this
facility becomes readily available soon!
