I have been using Programmer Studio for a few years myself. It works well as
a general programmer editor for a variety of servers.

I must admit I think version 4 was a step backward in stability and features
compared to version 3, nicer interface but they did not bring all features
forward, but it is still the best thing I have seen for development on the
3000. I just hope they take a serious look at the debugger interface in the
next release. Using it with HP's XDB Symbolic debugger is somewhat
frustrating and crash prone at times.

Comments are my own, not my employer's... etc.
