Stan is being modest.

The tape resulting from his included backup "cookbook" does indeed include
the "UDC" environment - without the requirement to run "BULDACCT".

The "UDC Environment" consists of the System directory, COMMAND.PUB.SYS,
and the actual UDC files themselves - all of which would be backed up in
Stan's excellent example of how a backup should be performed - and which
would be re-created intact with a proper INSTALL from the backup tape.
