My client with the maxed-out 960 on MPE/iX 4.0 that "hit the wall"
last spring finally upgraded to a 969KS/100 and MPE/iX 5.5.
It was a bit difficult to compare run times of batch jobs because
hardly anything took more than a minute.  Then the weekend came
and MRP ran.  6 hours on the 960, 24 minutes on the 969.
Now, what can we we do with all this extra capacity?  Hmmm...
