I presume you are referring to the DC1 prompt from the HP?  This little
trick is particularly infuriating because without the DC1 the file download
doesn't work properly.  This happened to me twice, and the second time
around I couldn't remember how I had fixed it the first time!

It's not transmit pacing.  The parameter you want is called "Use host prompt".

If you are using a DOS version of Reflection it is on the 2nd. terminal
configuration screen (after pressing Alt C).  It should be set to "YES".
I'll bet yours is set to "NO".

If you are using the Windows version look under "Setup", "Terminal",
"Advanced".  The second box down in the second column is what you want.
Make sure there is a cross in this box.
