Try FSCHECK.MPEXL.TELESUP..
fscheck:purgefile eclxcopy.data.aihbeta
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK as I have crashed quite a few systems doing this
if the file is corrupt. To check for corrupt files use the cd(check
directory)
and cl(check label) commands in FSCHECK. You need the system quiet to do
this.

(Run as SM)
OPERATOR.SYS:purge eclxcopy.data.aihbeta
END OF FILE (FSERR 0)
Unable to purge file "ECLXCOPY.DATA.AIHBETA". (CIERR 384)
The file has no accessories, and has not been accessed since its creation
almost a year ago. As a side note the file has no records but is taking up
98832 Sectors. Thats a lot of nothing...
I have also tried to Store this file to Null, with a purge, and it failed
with same errors.
