Resetacct is the comment to rest.  The counts are since the last rest or new
account.

When you do a report, the column headings are Account/Group, Filespace,
cpu-seconds and connect-minutes

The seconds and minutes are since when?

And how can I reset those back to 0 so I can tell who's doing what now?
