Qedit handles the prompt problem quite nicely: not only can you set your
own prompt (mine's "(!systemname\!hpaccount\!hpgroup)/"), but upon hitting
enter to redo a command, Qedit strips the prompt from the input string
before processing.
I don't believe that any of the terminals emulated by Reflection actually
'remembers' what the prompt character(s) is(are) - they'd have no way of
knowing what the prompt is!
