The link points to a 4 month old article that missed a compelling
point....that hp doesn't consider hp3k users without hp support
<Infidels!> to be customers.
After hp contacted me due to the press generated by my company's press
releases with IBM, I heard a bit about their concerns with this
policy....I told them to be very concerned!
